FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TAX INCENTIVES
The Federal Government offers a number of incentive programs for screen production attraction. They are – the 16.5% Location Offset, the 30% Post, Digital and VFX (PDV) Offset and the Producer Offset.
QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT INCENTIVES
The Queensland Government is committed to the development of Queensland’s screen industry, providing financial and non-financial support to productions filming in Queensland, through its film and television agency, Screen Queensland.
CITY OF GOLD COAST INCENTIVES
City of Gold Coast is the only local government authority in Australia that implements a Screen Attraction Program, providing financial and non-financial support. They work in partnership with key industry stakeholders to showcase the Gold Coast’s film and television capabilities.
