Village Roadshow Studios are located a short fifty minutes’ drive south of Brisbane International Airport and twenty minutes north of the Gold Coast’s iconic Surfers Paradise – one of the fastest growing and most exciting and thriving areas in Australia and holiday destination to millions of visitors every year.
LOCATION
Situated adjacent to the Warner Bros. Movie World Theme Park, the Studios offer world-class film production facilities comprising of nine Sound Stages, three water tanks, twelve production offices, editing suites, wardrobe, makeup, construction, paint and carpentry shops.
SOUND STAGES
All Sound Stages are equipped with current industry standard facilities including air conditioning, extraction fans, steel grids and catwalks. The Stages vary in size with an overall floor area of 15,380.7m2 (156,775.21 sq ft) positioning Village Roadshow Studios as one of the largest studio lots in the Southern Hemisphere.

Village Roadshow Studios provide a comprehensive support network of experienced film service companies conveniently located on the lot. These companies can provide production services, camera, lighting, rigging, travel/freight, postproduction facilities, drone cameras, lidar scanning, EWP equipment and I.T Support.
